These terms cover your use of Kepter, a Mac app made by Maltby Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Kepter, you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Kepter on Macs you own or control, for as long as you follow these terms. The app and its design remain ours.
Kepter is free for 30 days, with no card and no account. After that it costs $2.99 a month or $39 once, founding prices kept for life even after they rise to $4.99 and $59. The free month needs no card, and a subscription can be cancelled anytime.
Kepter reads your files in place and never moves, copies, or uploads them. If you stop using Kepter, your files remain exactly where they always were, on your Mac. You are responsible for your own backups. See the privacy policy.
Please don't misuse Kepter: no reverse engineering except where the law allows, no reselling or redistributing it, and no using it to break the law.
We work hard to make Kepter reliable, but it is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
You can stop using Kepter at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Maltby Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If these terms change, we'll post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use Kepter means you accept the update.
