Refunds

Cancel anytime. That is how you stop paying. You keep the days you already paid for, then Kepter stops. Your files stay on your Mac.

A refund is different. That is money coming back after it was taken. Email hello@kepter.app if:

1. A charge landed after you tried to cancel.
2. The trial ended and you wrote us within a day or two.
3. Kepter did not work on your Mac.
4. It is your first paid month and you want out.

If it is your first month, we will almost always send it back.

We do not refund later months because you changed your mind, forgot you subscribed, or because the app did what this site said.

Kepter is sold from this site, not the App Store, so we issue the refund ourselves. Email us, say what happened, and give the email you used when you subscribed. There is no account to look up, so that email is how we find the charge.

Either way your files are untouched. Kepter never moved them.
