Cancel anytime: the exact steps

Cancel stops the next charge. You keep using Kepter until the end of the time you already paid for. Then it stops. Your files do not move. They were never anywhere but your Mac.

If you downloaded Kepter from this site

Email hello@kepter.app from the address you subscribed with. We will cancel it.

If you subscribed through the App Store

Canceling happens in Apple’s subscription list. On your Mac:

1. Open the App Store app.
2. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
3. Click Account Settings, then find Subscriptions and click Manage.
4. Find Kepter and click Cancel Subscription.

Cancel is not a refund. If a charge feels wrong, that is a refund.
