Cancel anytime: the exact steps

Cancel stops the next charge. You keep using Kepter until the end of the time you already paid for. Then it stops. Your files do not move. They were never anywhere but your Mac.

Open Kepter's Settings, choose Storage & Plan, and click Cancel Subscription…. A box titled “Cancel Subscription?” says “Kepter works until” and the date. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm, or Keep Subscription to leave things as they are. That is the whole thing. No browser, no password, no account, and nothing emailed to you first. Nothing is charged after that date.

If your Mac is gone, or Kepter will not open, email support@kepter.app from the address you paid with and we will cancel it the same day. You never need the app to stop a payment.

Cancel is not a refund. If a charge feels wrong, that is a refund.
