Kepter reads what's inside everything you save, on your Mac, using Apple's on-device models. That's the whole product. It needs Apple Silicon and macOS 26. On anything older it will not open, so it's better to find out here than after you've installed it.

Below macOS 26 the reading Kepter is built on doesn't exist. The app would still install and still find things by the literal words on a page, but it wouldn't know a boarding pass from a receipt, and typing "my flight" wouldn't land. That's not the thing we're selling, so we don't sell it.
Apple's on-device models don't run on Intel Macs at all, and Kepter is built only for Apple Silicon. There's no version that works. Open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac: a line reading Chip means you're fine, a line reading Processor means Intel.
