Before Kepter there was Peddra, another shipped Mac app under the same company. That's the record on offer: not a story, just prior work.

Every decision in Kepter is made by a person. The app is covered by automated tests. Every claim on this site is checked against the shipping code before it is printed. The receipts are public.
Kepter reads your files where they sit, on your Mac, and keeps no copy of anything. If that arrangement ever changed, this page would say so first.
Organizing is retrieval work done in advance, billed to the person least able to do it. Kepter deletes the job.
