Search can’t find something

1. Check the filters. If a kind chip or the folder menu is set, search only looks inside that slice. Set them back to Everything and All folders.
2. Try words from inside the file. Kepter reads file contents, so the words on the document usually work better than a guessed filename. For a receipt, try the store’s name.
3. Is the file new? A file saved moments ago may not be fully read yet. Until then it can only be found by its name. The Reading status tells you Kepter is still working.
4. Is the file somewhere Kepter watches? Search covers your watched folders. Check Settings → Folders.
