The drawer, the tab, and the full window
Kepter is one library with two views.
The tab and the drawer
The small tab on the right edge of your screen is Kepter’s handle. Click it and the drawer slides out: your recent files, ready to glance at, drag out, or search. Click the tab again and it slides away. You can change the tab’s size, position, and color in Settings.
The full window
The expand arrows at the top of the drawer open the full window: the same library, laid out wide. The drawer steps back when it opens, so there is only ever one Kepter on screen. The collapse arrows in the full window hand you back to the drawer. Closing the full window with the red button puts Kepter away entirely, leaving just the tab.
From anywhere
Press Option-Space and the full window opens with search ready, no matter what app you are in. The K in your menu bar can also open Kepter, pause reading, open Settings, or quit.
